Its location was prime, to LULU mall. The staff were customer-oriented, excellent co-operating.

Booked a room with nice views, and the staff were amiable people in the night shift. Marvellous location of the hotel down to nearest metro. A cool bonus was nearby Food Stop Diner, that offered tea and coffee.
The room was very old, made me a little nervous.

Fabulous base for exploring Kochi. Exceptionally comfortable place, nice staff in the night shift. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Neat, new-fashioned room with balcony with chairs. About 10 minutes walk to bus stop.

Really enjoyed this recently renovated hotel with courteous and fast staff in the night shift. The location couldn't be more particularly good in the centre of city. Besides, we were close to all tourist places, and central railway station.

Real good experience there. Recently refurbished and comfy hotel, staff always well-mannered! A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Excellent central location, close to Easy to access via metro, Ernakulam and Ernakulam station and market. Also, in the center of town.

Great location, just a few minutes away from the train station and metro, which made my travel convenient. Hotel facilities provided such as cleanliness and staff, as well as the availability of parking and transportation options, made my stay relaxing. Moreover, the delicious breakfast served every morning was worth the price.
